Born in Porto Alegre, on 12/27/57, Nilton Bonder has initial degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University (NY), before migrating to literary arts. Bachelor's degree in Hebrew Literature from Columbia University, Master of Hebrew Literature at the Jewish Theological Seminary (NY), and Doctor of Hebrew Literature from the same institution .
